You can block those users or use some kind of filter. As far as I know these messages cannot be deleted. You can do something about it though. Check your newsreader to see if it can display the message source. (Outlook Express, rightclick on the message header -> Properties -> Details) One of the recent posts:

As you can see, it originated from Belgium and you can easily complain to the ISP. Make sure to include the message header (as above) when you send (use the forward function) to the ISP.
