Air Con Mintenance - Ford Fiesta

My wife's Ford is suffering from an inadequate A/C system. It has now started to leave pools of water on the car mat. What is the problem and how can I cure it?

Year? Any previous a/c maintanance??

Firstly, you probably need a re gas, and secondly, the condensate drain tube is blocked under the car.
