Hello. Normally consider changing an alternor as an off/on affair. However is there anything should be aware of regards a 1.7 diesel corsa van? seems to have other pipes? running off of it.

That would be the vacuum pump and oil feeds, They are all straight forward disconnect. Once on the bench the pump is easy to remove.
