Fiesta passenger door wont open from outside

Ford Fiesta - passenger door wont open from the outside. Opens fine from inside. The car is due for an MOT next month, will the above result in an MOT failure?

Thanks

I asked the same question about the failure of my driver's door window to open, and I was told that the window was ok, but the door had to open, just as the seatbelts had to work, to pass the test.

That is OK There is exemption : reasons for rejection do not apply IF: "if the door aperture has been permanently 'filled' as part of a specialised customisation provided that there are no obvious aperture gaps. "
