The rear disc on one side is only rubbing the pad accross 50% of the face, the other side of the disc is fine. Ive had the caliper off and it moves freely and pads have loads of meat left. Whats the cure a new caliper?

usually that is a disc fault which starts with a build up of rust, just replace discs and pads
had them main dealer replaced less than 6k ago which was almost 1 year
In that case I would return to the dealer and ask them to look.
just checked and the mileage is 4200 since they were replaced which was 12 months ago...will speak with them tomorrow, cheers
Bleed the brakes. You may have insufficient pressure going to that brake due to air in line.
