I have a N-Reg rover 620i,the other day i was driving along when all of a sudden the instruments panel went totally dead. Rev meter,speedo and temp guage all dropped to nothing.Fuel Gauge stuck where it was. Then i found out that the indicators were not working,there was no sound of a relay trying to work. The only lights that work are the back lights around the speedo and the rev meter.Every thing else is dead. i checked both fuse boxes and there was one blown fuse which i changed with no effect. Today whilst stuck in traffic i noticed that the idle speed would drop slightly then rise to it's normal rate over and over again as if it was about to cut out. could this be a possible relay problem?
