We're about to take the 1998 Fiesta Ghia 1.25 Zetec to Germany for three weeks. I've bought some universal beam converters (Basically dark orange stickers with several shapes marked out) for the headlights but it is not immediately obvious to what shape to cut them, or exactly where to stick them, to be sure of not dazzling oncoming traffic. The headlights are units with dipped and full on separate (H1) bulbs and I know it's the dipped ones (on the outside) I need to be converting.
I just wondered if anyone knows of a web resource that might show me exactly what shape to cut the converters to and where to stick them. There are some markings on the headlamp glass but I'm not sure which one to follow.
