'Morning all, Our W reg Mondeo is coming up for an MOT and I noticed something that makes me wonder. The tops of the the front suspension struts appear to move around a bit. There's a ring of clean paintwork around the visible rubber bush (i.e. the bit you can see under the bonnet) where the dirt has been rubbed away. Shouldn't do that, should it?
Is there a bush there that commonly fails on Mondeos or has someone put it together wrong after replacing the shocks or something?
Any guidance welcome...
