but the seller wrote thata car is already at the "

" at theirlocal representant.(he paid this company to take care abouttransaction). Futhermore the car is ready to be sent to the buyer wichhe is waiting for at the moment.This is the only way and his onlycondition in this transaction.So I have to pay to this company 30% of the cars price and the willsend me a car, and after I get the car I have 10 days to test it, andif everything is okey, I have to pay 70%. And Im affraid that I willpay 30% and I wont get the car.Could You tell me some opinion abu\out that kind of transaction?Im at Poland at the moment, so its hard believe in it. If you pay by credit card, you may be protected to some extent, or even the full extent. At least that's how the law in the UK works. Check with your credit card provider in Poland.

That sounds dodgy - the money's going to an individual and not the company???

Most reputable companies accept credit card payments. In fact, eBay warn people against making any payments by Western Union, because once the money is gone it's really gone. I would say - forget this one.

I had similar emails like this one Dear Customer,

You already have the proforma in your email.We lost time and the car is in port ready to be shipped.Please let know us if you will done payment tomorrow or we must stop transaction. Because we have others transactions to resolve and make reseravtions in port.

FROM THEM!! All was about mone- go to wester union and pay the money so we could shipp the car today etc... :(

They rely on getting money from gullible people. Remember if it seems too good to be true ......then it almost certainly IS too good to be true.

They will keep contacting you for a while, just block their email addresses and ignore them.

SO who is liars here? This company ar a seller or maybe they both? Is a good idea to go to police and tell them about this liars?? They wrote sth PS: When you go to the Western Union office them to wire the money, sometimes they ask you why you do that. If you tell them the money is for something you have bought, We will have to pay a very expensive tax for making commerce when we pick up the money. This is the part where we lose. If they ask you that, you can tell them the money is for a relative.(you can pay lower fees and close payment faster) We will appreciate!

That number is a mobile cell phone number, why would a 'major ' company only publish a 'throwaway' mobile number? there also seem to be several car moving companies listed at the same address.

The dealer that is there is called straight eight and seems to specialise in classics and skodas (what a weird mix) , he has a proper landline phone number, it is only quite a small premises.

Western Union is a simply service to send money like others.Is not our problem what ebay say.We have strict rules like other companies. We accept credit card payment only from our country customers.

For us is more easy to verify an Western Union payment on internet and we can start shipping. So please let know us if you will complete payment or not? Because we to know what to do.
