pulley system

I'm looking for a small sheaved pulley system with maybe two or three pulleys per sheave (if those are the right terms), capable of lifting a max of say 250 kg. I guess the sort of thing used for lifting engine blocks out of cars would be OK. Anyone point me to a supplier?

The ideal device is a Haltrac hoist - small enough to fit into a small carrier bag and lightweight too. IIRC, has a SWL of 1000 lb. More than enough for lifting out most engines. But I don't think available new anymore. Secondhand would be ok as the cord it uses is a standard item.

This seems suspiciously good value:

You can get much smaller block and tackle type engine hoists. I have one I bought a few years back that uses a fairly thin rope, but it cost almost as much as the one above and isn't as pleasant to use as a proper chain one.
