FFS, in what way what happens on the highly specialised environment of a velodrome bear any relation to anything? You really are scraping the barrel of anti-cyclist propaganda.

In what way is a piece about a cyclist crashing irrelevant on a cycling NG? Now if he'd posted a piece about a rally car crash on a cycling NG - well that would be irrelevant!

Um, what cycling group would that be? This is URCM.
As it was undoubtably intended as childish anti-cyclist point scoring, it utterly fails as there's no evidence of negligence by anyone.
