Radiator switch for cooling fan - what do the 3 wires do?

On an astra 1.7d there's 3 wires going into the switch in the radiator to turn the cooling fan on.



Two seem to be connected directly to one pin on the fan motor.

some models had a dual speed fan, uk only had single, the wiring is universal

So the two outputs probably do connect directly to the fan!
