I'm trying to remove the rear door trim on my Vectra SRi (1995), but can't

There is a special tool for this - but try a rag face the window winder handle downover and use a rag "sqaurish" and "thinish" and hold on to the corners and slide it up behind the handle moving it side to side as you lift up over.
