Probably not. Not in benefit offices anyway. The FOAD attitude is too deeply ingrained.

Many people still regard it as such just many people still regard Transport for London has London Transport and just as long has people know what you are on about it just does not matter at all .

Or even the DSS before it. And you still see ads for homes to let saying "No DSS".

The MOT predates the demise of the ministry by a decade, Vosa was over 30 years later
