Hi
I just had new brake shoes fitted on my Renault Laguna (1997 2.0RT Estate). I also had both rear cylinders replaced as brake fluid was leaking from one of them.
I noticed when I got home that the rear suspension has dropped right down so that the back of the car is I'd guess about 6 inches lower than usual, about as low as it could go. The car has self-levelling suspension, I can hear the 'suspension pump'(?) switching on when I turn the ignition key which I am used to but now it is on permanently rather than for a few seconds.
There was no problem until I took the car in to have the brakes done and I'm going back tomorrow to ask them to have a look at it.
I don't know if fitting brake shoes/cylinders would involve removing or adjusting any suspension parts. I'm sure it was OK when I took it in yesterday.
Any advice on what the cause might be, I've a feeling it's going to be expensive ;)
Thanks
