I a reposting this message because the original seems to have got itself lost somewhere. The clutch on my Skoda Octavia 110 hp Elegance seems very heavy. My agent says that nothing can be done about this. Is this correct? Driving the car in town can be hard work with the constant need to use the clutch. Thanks for any advice. John

Pop to another dealer.
I have octavia, and after driving a friends old Sierra, I get back in my car and try and drive, feels like my clutch cable has failed, its so feather light.
