you might remember my 95 m-ed w/ an eaton s/c has been stalling on deceluration, (and on start up i discovered), since i dont have the sst the factory manual uses to diag issues, i just used my multi meter.
initially i pulled the MAF and cleaned it up and it seemed to get better, until the second time i drove the car errrr... i started to poke around and found some ohm readings and between the C and D terminals, when the car is cold, i get a reading of 3.11 ohms. so:
- i believe this indicates the MAF is bad, would you concur?
- if so, i am some what hesitant to get a used one, am i justified in that thought?
- is ther a relatively inexpensive place to buy a new/reman unit? the ones i have seen are ~$300usd
