$400 to $1200 depending on the dealership and how they do their billing. The timing belt job varies
- Timing belt only. Could be done for 0.
- new accessory belts and new valve cover gasket. -100 for the parts.
- new water pump. 0-125 for parts.
- new crankshaft and camshaft seals. -40 for parts.
- new idler and tensioner puller. 0-150 for parts,
- new thermostat -20 for the part.
Some dealers will double charge you on the labor for the extra ites, which has resulted in bills as high as $1200 being posted for comment on the net for all of the above.
So get an estimate first.
