I believe that a Kompressor is made by Mercedes...it's a make of SUV. Dave
No, Kompressor is a model name "modifier" used by Mercedes across their whole range of vehicles. It just means that it has a supercharger fitted.

Actually in this case, I think the poster was asking about the airconditioning compressor in a Mazda 626.
