Need help with 1999 / 2001 nose job

I purchased a 1999 with front end damage. I'm using the opportunity to upgrade to a 2001 nose. I purchased a 2001 front bumper assembly from a salvage yard. I'm trying to bolt it on and I think I'm missing a few parts. I did a google search for "Miata Parts PDF" and found pdf's for the 1999 but could not find them for a 2001. If someone out there has access to 2001+ parts manuals, could you check to see if the following parts are used to attach the bumper cover to the car?
