Check the fuse on top of the Overvoltage Protection Relay.

Checked the Overvoltage protection relay fuse (10 Amp) on the fire wall beside the brake booster....it was good, I started the car back up it ran at about 9 on the tach (about normal), I turned it off and started it back up and the idle went up and the ABS light came back on....any other ideas????? Tnx, Tim

The OVP relay itself is suspect- it powers those systems.
