Hi I just bought a portable GPS system that has to plug into the lighter adapter. The lighter nor the adapter works. Can I fix this myself? Is it probably a blown fuse? And if so, can anyone tell me how to replace the fuse. My car came with extra fuses, but I've never replaced one before. Thank You
