hey there. how can you tell the year of a 300 (SD?) Turbo Diesel?? I think it is early 80's, but it is lacking any paper info. Where can i look on the car to find the exact year? THANKS!!!

VIN - Vehicle Indentification Number
Look at the door or the pillar, you'll se a sticker with the date of manufacturing.

SD translated: "S" Class Diesel. If it doesn't say Turbo or Turbodiesel, it's not a diesel. Look on the door post where the foil label tells all, including place and date of manufacture. P.
