I have a 1996 C230, the windscreen wipers have started to get stuck as they try to clean the rain off. It starts to move, gets stuck, frees itself, carries on, gets stuck etc. It is in all areas of the windscreen. Has anyone got any ideas of what the problem could be? Is it the motor or the blade?
