Impede the latency of the transmogrifier so it degenerated so that the temporal influx flange manifold has been detransmogrified to the absolute maximum and has failed on it's influx thereby enhancing it's line input threshold degeneration.

Use piece of pipe as a stethoscope

1. Set idle stop screws untill amout of 'suck' sounds the same.
2. Lift off idle and repeat process to ensure synchronisation.

1. Using 'Colortune' spark plug alter Mixture screws on carb to same color.

2. re-check idle stop setting and if not OK re-check off idle setting.
