Why has my kill fill stopped working on the Troll, Its all set up as before but his posts are getting in

Operator ignorance?
1) make sure your news rule is the correct email address: snipped-for-privacy@nvbell.net -note the XX of max 2) make sure he is still using the same email address! - although saying that i cannot see any of his posts since i killed a month ago. its HEAVEN!
