Would anyone happen to know if the fill pipe is the same as the one on the Tallon?
If not Anyone have a fill pipe they would be wiling to sell?

No, not the same.
I take it that you can't get a new spare.
Take the rusted out one to the nearest exhaust place and have them bend up a new one the same shape. Or find a welding shop that does custom car stuff.
Worst case, cut off the rusted part, and fit a length of fuel grade hose down to the tank.
