On my 90 Eclipse the Headlamp's will not go down. I was needing to know if anyone knew which fuse it is or if it is a different problem. if any answers i'd appereciate it! Thanks!

Often you can shoot penetrating oil on this sucker and work it up and down carefully to restore it's function.
