my car has been tuned up, ie all pugs wires , filters, battery. I've ran the computer test at first it was the o2 sensor, changed that, then egr valve, then it said maf sensor. The check engine light went off car drove fine now it is idling rough and stalling out. Sometimes it won't turn over completely dead. Can someone help????

Possibly the MFI relay. Could also be the ECU has the infamous leaking electrolytic capacitor problem.
I would start with Remove/wd40/Replace all the connectors on the engine and the MAF. Do the same with the ECU.

Check all the hoses in the intake path. I would remove then and inspect them one, by one.
