jack points

I have a 1993 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS. Where are the front and rear jack points on the car for hydralic jack? I know there are four points for jack stands by the wheels, but I need to keep those clear for jack stands. And it would be nice to have a center jack point front and rear so that I can jack up both sides at once.

The center one in front is obvious. You just have to get under there and find it. For the rear, I can't remember on the FWD, but I think I've used a center tow hook. I'm not really sure. On the AWD, I just use the rear diff.
