Radiator fan

1992 Magna. Car is overheating and found that the radiator fan isn't spinning. Not the fuse. Is there a fan motor somewhere? Or what else might it be?

I'm not familiar with your model, but you will need to do some electrical troubleshooting. A service manual will help identify conductors. If you disconnect the plug for the fan and run jumpers direct from the battery and the fan turns on, you problem is probably a relay or temp sensor. If the fan does not turn on when jumped. it's probably worn out and needs to be replaced. Again, not sure on your model, but you can usually test if it's the temp sensor by disconnecting the sensor and grounding the wire that was plugged into it. A service manual will help you there.
