The gearbox isn't the problem - an SD1 one is easy to fit. The final drive is, though.

There's rather more to converting it back to carbs than just the carbs themselves, although of course it's possible.

Two - the Vitesse and the VDP EFI.

At your sevice! Been there, done that... Even fitted a single big truck T5 turbo/with eight blow through GSXR11 carbs to my brothers (V8 sierra) one, but he was a poor young student and about 19 so he took it all apart and sold it... What I can tell you is that it was as flat as a fart at low rpm, but went like something possesed when you hit the Nitrous button... The turbo was far too big. No boost without the nitrous to wake it up. Then it went!
