May I be the first to comment pedantically on your spelling, capitalisation, grammar and punctuation.
Posters in uk. groups tend to use english. It doesn't have to be perfect, but advice (whether its friendly or not) will be more forthcoming if you post messages which are a wee bit more intelligable.
The spelling Police are getting *very* tiresome now.
Pointing out that the guy doesn't have very good English is a complete waste of time - it's not like he can go and learn it today, then come back tomorrow and post properly ! If that's his standard of English, then that's his standard of English. It's not gonna change !!
It's time the spelling Police took a period of indefinite leave !
Firstly, I'm assuming you've bought the 115bhp engine, not the 90bhp or
100bhp lumps - if you're at all bothered about power output, then it would be loonacy to do otherwise. If you HAVE done otherwise, take it back, and get a Focus with the 115bhp lump :)
If you then want more power, scoot along to a Diesel specialist like

- AVOID the generic companies like Superchips ! Expect to pay somewhere around £500 for a fitted chip - you'll get a healthy power and torque increase. If you want fancy intercoolers etc. then obviously the bill will go up...
The English advice has been done, so I'll help you with your tuning issue. Short of it is, the engine in your car is pretty poor. Having spoken to the guys at Allard Turbo Sport in Gloucester, they reckon you're looking at change from £500 for a chip. You'll get a little more power, and responsiveness from this. As far as they reckon it's worth considering is
120bhp for this engine. Seriously. That's with an intercooler, and a chip. If you want power, get the 130bhp TDCi engine, which will reliably get you
150bhp with just a chip.
