Jay Leno's "tank car". 30 litre engine giving 1600HP. Fuel is obviously cheaper over there...and it makes a fabulous noise on start-up near the end of the video.

Leno is a proper vehicle nut. He has the jet ranger chopper turbojet engined bike too as I recall.
And he does use them too. They aren't just show vehicles.
