Not really, that's what the radiator does rather than the pipework. It would add weight, the volume of water would be that much higher and weigh more.

You might find a small effect from the pump having to work less hard, but I doubt that is worth pursuing.

It's expensive stuff so I don't really see a market for the customised items, the OP would be better off researching in a newsgroup where they have more money than sen^G^G^G^Gsuitable vehicle classes.
