Didn't Skoda give out Octavia RS's to journo's with TT spec 225bhp engines in? Or at least, that was the rumour cos they gave surprisingly quick test results.

740 Estate. It's horrid. The engine sounds rattlier than a Simca and the clutch feels like it's on the way out, I think it has a broken spring, and switching the radio on causes the battery to drain stupidly fast...

That would run in line with what Tim Kemp said a while back, about a bit of "interaction" with a surprisngly quick Octavia RS cop car.
