Hi, A friend of mine would like to convert a van into a camper van for holidays, unfortunately he is having problems finding insurance since he hopes to modify it himself. He can insure it as a commercial vehicle although once modified insurance companies are not willing to provide a quote. Does anyone have any details of any insurance companies that are willing to insure modified vans.
