2001 Mustang--power problems

I have an 01 V6 106,000 miles. Just returned from a 3.5 hour trip to visit the

family. After about 2 hours, I tried to pass a car at about 70 mph. My car seemingly had no power and as I accelerated, it SEEMED like the car wanted to shift into a lower gear, but instead shuddered slightly. As I continued on, each time I gave it hard gas, it would seem as if it had no power, unable to "get up and go" as my mom would say. When I finally stopped at my light in front of my apartment complext, as I accelerated there it was fighting for power. When I got into my complex lot, I came to a full stop and it was jerking, shuddering, and had no power. I parked, put it into park and it stopped. Put it into drive and it started. Unloaded the car, went back out and took it for a drive around the lot. Nothing wrong. In the past 1.5 years I have had:

transmission seal leak replaced (4-07) idle air control vavle (4-06) coil pack (3-06) EGR valve, EGR sensor, fuel inj flush (3-06) tune-up (10-05) the normal oil changes, etc.

Maybe it's because it's 90 degrees out and I was running the AC for the whole trip? I'm not sure. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
