How much is interchangeable between these two? Suspension? Steering? Dash? Anything else?

Not much outside of the drivelines and maybe a few bits of trim here and there. The fairlane is of very similiar design but everything is scaled up in size.
not too damn much. The brakes, perhaps.
Don't forget the steering wheel and the shift knob, window winder handles, lock knobs and possibly the outside door handles. Wiper arms are a good bet. The dashes aren't even remotely similar. The brakes and power steering hydraulics are the same. Control arms are the same but they use different shocks ( similar to '71 to '73 Mustang with a single stud pointing up) sway bars will swap out too. StuK
