my 94 gt clutch pedal goes to the floor and is hard to get into gear,then one minute later the pedal is stiff and high and i can smell clutch burning.i replaced the trany fluid but didnt help any ideas

Sounds like a bad pressure plate.
better do the clutch ya foctard
