97 Mustang GT seats

Anyone here have a drivers seat they would wanna part with or know where I could get one rather cheap? The drivers seat in mine is broken beyond repair by the previous owner and I cant afford to sink 300 into a seat right now.

Yeah but heck 150 bucks on average to ship a seat here. Not to mention that most were full sets of stock seats and those race seats are just not my scene.

A seat from any 94-04 mustang will work... I am sure your local salvage yards should have something. Worst case they'll have a working seat that doesn't match your interior... But short of cash that may have to do or you can mix and match parts with your existing seat...

Where exactly is the seat broken ? If the power seat track is broken it may/may not be able to be welded. If the seat bottom or back is broken it is pretty easy to pull the seat cusion and fabric from the metal seat structure and have it rewelded. Generally I have not seen any of the 94+ seats fail as the earlier 79-93 do. I reweld these seats pretty regularly for customers.
