Another noise

Ok.. 98 Mustang GT 4.6litre V8 SOHC. The noise is a .. I dunno how to describe it. it's fairly high pitched, but not like ear-piercing (not even close to that bad). It happens when I turn either direction & it's more prone to doing so when I'm turning slowly (5-10mph--ie: from dead stop). It'll do it sometimes when I'm going faster... like in 30-40mph range..but usually not faster than that. Anyone know what the problem is? Clutch maybe?

Check your power steering fluid level. Does it so it while sitting still if you turn the wheels?

Actually kate... you know what I just realized? It was bordering "low cold" when the engine was heated up. I'm on my way to the store to get some mercon ATF :/. Bbs. Thanks for the feedback.
