Hello, My buddy is having a hell of a time getting brake fluid to the rears. He's replaced the wheel cylinders and did have rear brakes. Our thinking is the distribution block plunger isn't centering and I wanted to know from the group if we are barking up the right tree.

Sounds right. Do those have a seperate proportioning valve? You might have to go through the pain of opening lines here and there to see what is getting pressure and what is not. I know this sounds stupid but i had this problem a few times with other cars and once or twice it actually helped to leave the bleeders open in the back and come back in an hour or two. Then close them and try bleeding it. Basically i think it just "gravity" feeds the fluid to the rears and gets the first big lump of air out of the lines so you can get a pedal so you can actually bleed them.
He found the problem to be in the rubber hose that connects the main brake line to the two rears. Couldn't get air through it. Just one of those unexplained things that happens to our older pony.
