hell, autobytel.com lists the invoice price for GT Deluxe Conv. at $26.8K and list at $29.3K. Add the additional options to these to see how much he's trying to screw you. Supply and Demand and this hot new 'stang suggests that they're trying to screw you big.

If it has every single option it is probably close. There was one listed on e-bay a while back which some idiot bid 16,000 over the stated MSRP of $31,600 or there abouts. Moral... if you don't have one to sell, you can name any price you want. The dealer can't force you to buy his/her wares and you can't force the dealer into selling you his wares for less than he/she is prepared to go.

Go in... see if you can work the deal you want.... if you can't, simply walk away...
