mustangparts.com (Performance Parts Inc) gone?

I tried going to mustangparts.com today and it looks like it's gone (it's now a Network Solutions page, so I'm assuming someone else owns it now) Did this site get relocated to a new URL or is it gone for good?

I tried to get to that site several weeks ago and experienced the same thing so it has been down for a while. It's a pity if they're gone. I got some good stuff from them.
