need help with radiator fan

Jul 31, 2005 1 Replies

Own an 89 Ford Mustang, 4-cyl., automatic. Radiator fan doesn't kick on. Radiator fan is good. Has new radiator fan switch. Fuse is good. Should kick on at 170 degrees, but doesn't. Help!

Who said?!!! that's not right! Doesnt kick on until coolant is about at

210. CERTAINLY above 195

Which is about the M or A depending on direction of that gauge, if L is hotter yet....

Ground the connector from the Fan switch located on lower manifold
