As far as the garbage can guy, I have no idea what he was doing. He was there at least 5 minutes. He was measuring that garbage can every which way from Sunday like it was a treasure of some sort.

Normally I would have been nosey and asked, but I was as facinated with his garbag can intrigue as he was of the can. I see plenty of strange things daily in NY, but something like that blows my weirdo meter of the scale. That's why I carry the digital camera all of the time.

It definitely would have set off my weirdo radar. Though, I am just weird enough to have walked up and ask him what he was doing... while holding back a giggle.
