Trying again

I need to know what is involved in changing the rubber strips that are on the edge of the door where the glass slides into the door. Can these be replaced easily without replacing the whole inside door panel and where can one buy these pieces. This is for a 90 GT, TIA

They weren't too hard to replace on the 67, good luck.
