Um... who doesn't? I haven't seen anything in that price range as far as boss mustangs go since the mid-80s. Good luck, if I find one in that price range that's fixable I'll be buying it myself.
(I am excluding that car out in the field that was being sold part by part and then the shell was put for sale on ebay, that wasn't fixable IMO)
