what should i get, brush in cap applicator or dual tip pen?

get the brush, unless it's a tiny scratch. I felt the dual tip pens clear coat side useless, it always seemed to rub off the paint even though i let it dry overnight. But the pen was easier to fill fine scratches and stuff like that. The brush seems to put a thicker coating on that lasts longer and i had big scratches under my bumper so this worked fine.

I have both for my Daytona Blue 350Z. The brush is definitely better for chips. However, you can also get the "Paint Glob Remover" at Trophy Nissan (on the web) which removes all excess paint to give you a showroom finish. I have used the pen, but am not really happy with it.

LOL - - No, I didn't say that there is something that "removes rock chips", however the Paint Glob remover is the next best thing. Every time, I touch up my car with the little bottle of Nissan touch up paint, I never get a professional looking result. There is always a small glob, or accumulation of paint around the chip. The Glob Remover stuff, gets rid of the excess paint to leave a smooth, polished finish. It provides an almost perfect touch up. I got the stuff from Nissan Wholesale Parts when I ordered my
